Refund of Deposit Unit 35 Atrium Apartments Rivonia

Poor property management by Ladine that deducted R6K from my deposit upon moving out. After I laid a complaint that no incoming inspection list or defect photos were referred to upon the exit inspection. This figure was reduced by Renprop to R2K as majority of defects were there before I moved into the unit. If I did not raise a eye; Renprop would have pocketed this money.
