Poor customer service

Surely these peoe are not focused on customer service. My application was approved and then the minute I wanted to arrange to move then the apartment was under maintenance. The estate agent sent me video of what needed to be done, but can't tell me when it will be finished. No one at the office gets back to me if I leave message after message. I have whatsapp Sheree, I have sent Carol emails, just no reply at all. Now I am reading these reviews and wonder why is these people like that, surely our renting lays their salaries.
