Outrageous Levys

<p>I have been saying in this flat since mid Feb, so i was told i am gona deal with the owner, </p> <p>the owner recently sent me an electricity bill which had a Renprop Letterhead, The statement which was for two months which is March and April. Both statements are sitting on R2100 each, i am hardly at the flats, and i feel like im being ********** here, i cannot pay R7600 for rent and R2100 for levys its insane </p> <p> </p> <p>i was told i will be dealing straight with the owner now these electricity bills are crazy yet most of the things inside de flat are faulty and i have been fixing with my own money </p>
