Not Ideal!!

Staying at The Manhattan in Sunninghill. Not as pleasant as it looks!! Always experiencing water and electricity outages. Elevator sometimes has broken lights!! Noise levels people make are out of this world!! The outdoor cleaning and maintenance on corridors is not up to top notch level.
