Non Service delivery and Inhuman conditions

Renpop is not professional never rent any Office from them we are renting in one of their offices were 1) Aircons are not fixed no ventilation or air circulation and there’s no windows and it was supposed to be fixed by the 1st before commencement date 2) The ceiling tiles are broken making it a hazard and worse it’s been like that for 2 years they don’t want to service their building as per lease agreement then they threaten with canceling lease when asked for service delivery I have lodged this with the Rental Tribunal and Consumer protection Act this is unacceptable.
