Non responsive and dishonest Body corporate

<p>I stayed at Tradewinds complex in Randburg from Jan 2012 to 31 July 2016, during this time, no maintanaince i.e. repainting or replacement of toilet seat was ever done to the unit i stayed in, I planned to move out end of July 2016 and was told i will need to pay lease cancellation fee of R1500 which i did pay on time, then on the last day of July outgoing inspection was done, i went there for the inspection, did it with the lady from vibing company named Patience, the unit was cleaned, the report indicates good condition to the unit upon my vacating, now renprop has to refund my deposit, they firstly dont send the list of repairs they will be doing and i had to ask for this several times and then they deposit lame amount in my account without sharing what they will be fixing, i ask again for the breakdown which when i received was very ridiculous, they confuse wear and tear with repairs, for example the toilet seat they claim it was not in good condition, which i am not sure means what and also not sure what they expected aftet reaiding there for close to 6yrs, then amongst other things they claim i rescheduled my appointment for inspection which is a lie as the lady even had to wait for the next person where she was doing the inspection and they also charged me for this, when i enquired on several emails to them, i dont get any response where i am asking them to clarify things and refund what they wrongfully charged me for including 'sudries' which i dont know what they mean by as everything was returned and no little things were missing, they choose not to respond as i do know when people move out they usually deduct this silly amounts and always get away with it. They must respond to me and refund what is due to me and stop taking people for fools especially when all the monies they ever exorted from you as a tenant you paid in time and with no dispute they must do the same. </p>
