No professionalism

<p> I am an owner at The Link. I had an encounter with the accounts lady from the Renprop office in Bryanston. Her name is Lizette Bracey. I have never received such rudeness from a person who is supposed to be professional in her dealings. I was enquiring about a refund that was to be made to me. The lady not only raised her voice while talking to me as if I am a delinquent, she also banged the phone on me mid conversation. When I reported this to Johan, and I told him I want an apology from her, he informed me that they have dealt with the matter internally. However, Lizette will not be apologising to me. This has left a bad taste in my mouth of the type of people that Renprop hires.</p>
