MULTIPLE CHARGES ON PREPAID UNIPIN

Every time we buy a unipin for prepaid electricity, we are charged a service fee, administrative fee and vat.<br> For R500.00 we are charged R125.00. <br> For every single transaction we are charged 3 items that is not in our contract with Renprop.<br> It appears that Renprop made an agreement with Prepaid SA to add these charges on the tenants account and did not inform the tenants of this arrangement.<br> When we asked Renprop why we were being charged, Eric from Renprop said he doesn't know. <br> He says Prepaid SA never told them they would be making those charges.<br> Renprop promised to resolve this issue but we are still being charged.<br> This has been going on for 4 months.
