Minor and mother traumatised as landlord and 3 BM break in and assaults mom and child

50 Boundary Estate Complex Lone Hill Owner of no. 50 has blocked access to main entrance, changing the contact number of the property from the tenant contact number to her personal number. Hence, blocking access via complex security system. 2 different addresses put on legal documentation - one for police report and one used in magistrates court. Making it impossible for the tenant to lay charges with confirmed physical address of the landlord. I feel this is really dangerous, as the tenant has no control of who has access to their property and the landlord can allow anyone access to the property. This makes it extremely difficult and dangerous to try contact the tenant for access, where the visitor still has to wait for the tenant to walk to the main gate while a single mother and 2 kids sit in a car. Security has no control over the situation, as he cannot open any gates, not even the side gate for walk in guest and child of the tenant. This is horrifying, as under no circumstances should a tenant's child be locked out, especially at night after 10 pm, after youth on a Friday night, and 6pm, after children's church on a Sunday evening. I cannot comprehend the authorities - such as Body Corporate and trustees, Renprop Real Estate (complex estate property management company) or the owner and allow this system and ************** to be put in place. At what stage are the Body Corporate and Trustees going to step in and act on their responsibilities? After a notice from their allocated Agent and Landlord to remove an animal after 9 months of no complaints, the Body Corporate has instructed tenant the same. JOINT ************? I was horrified and disgusted with the main entrance to the entrance to the actual residential entrance! Where are bed had to be used as a door to block the front door. What an embarrassment for the neighbours, as their guests view this. Even further disgusted by the fact that the owner and 3 Black males remove the door while the mother and daughter were alone at home. I consider this forced entry breaking into the property. The child got to the back door, where the owner instructed one of the males to take the key from the 11 year old girl, as she resisted out of fear, the male forcefully took the key! I would consider this assault to a minor, leaving her traumatised. Now, ******* eviction - not instructed by the court and threats that the landlord will move into the property if the tenant does not vacate. More trauma to the child, as this is the same person who instructed the 3 males forced entry to the home and safety of a minor. Only to find out that Renprop is well aware of of the action, as per emails received from the Agent. They are liable for any maintenance of the complex. How can they leave the front door that has been removed and visible for over a month. Prepaid electricity cut off! After 2 weeks, Renprop had the electricity switched back on. The family's food budget was destroyed once all their food went off, due to electricity cut off. This family has been harassed, psychological and emotion traumatised. Mom is the main bread winner in the home and the CHILD has attached herself to mom. Making it impossible for her to work. Dad has to stay at home, for the safety of his family. Making it impossible to get and keep his job. The trauma, he cannot even leave his family for a day, without peace of mind that they will be safe and not have to go through the same experience on their own, once again. As an outsider and south african citizen, I feel it is my right and responsibility to report any form of ******* actions and any danger (in any form - physical, psychological, finial and emotion abuse) to any South African Authorities to protect our society and communities. ESPECIALLY WHERE A MINOR IS PUT IN SUCH TRAUMATISING SITUATIONS. Please assist this family, as it has been traumatising seeing a family in these circumstances.
