Maintenance not getting back to tenant for assistance

<p>We live at Nottinghill Estate, Ferndale. We have had a number of issues from the day we have moved in. The shower pressure is so low we can't even use the shower, this is since November 2016. I called them and asked for assistance and they did not get back to me as promised (which is usually the case). The globe in the bathroom has stopped working and now our connection to the satellite for DSTV is not working (I even changed decoders at MultiChoice which proved the problem is with the Complex). I'm really disappointed with the lack of assistance and concern that had been showed.</p>
