Highly disgusted at the level of competence at Renprop. My husband and I bought a unit at one of the estates, the previous owners handed us 2 remotes of which were working for 2weeks all of a sudden both stops working and we call them to say the guards advised that the remotes were deactivated Renprop then requests for the remotes to be brought to their offices when my husband gets there the lady abruptly tells him the remotes are faulty hands him 2 new remotes and then we receive our levies bill and we find we are been charged R900 for the remotes. We had been querying this remotes since November 2020 and to date no one bothers to give us feedback and today we get a final notice of arrears and we are going to be handed over. My husband responds to say we still awaiting feedback only to receive an immediate response from their Bookkeeper saying if we don't want the remotes we should return it..... what the heck???? RENPROP YOU SEEM LIKE A BUNCH OF *****S AND JUDGING FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS IT REALLY DOES SHOW.... I want a proper reason as to how the previous remotes just stopped working and why we are been billed R900 for remotes that we can buy for R100..... I can understand if the remotes were lost and a fee is to be paid but again not that high.... and that 1star is not even worth anything in our books if we a had an option for zero I would have put that!!!!!!!
