Hustlers ( THE LINKS RIVONIA )

Right so I requested Renprop to find me a tenant for my unit at THE LINKS Rivonia, they did this very quickly <br> <br> which was much appreciated. First incident was apparently my tenant has a +1 so he parked on a parking area <br> <br> where he was not suppose to park, was a a warning given to the tenant ? No, renprop decides to send a penalty <br> <br> directly to me and demands the amount to be paid. So the tenant doesnt know I am getting a fine for his mistake <br> <br> so he does it again. Now if you have a brain and think to give tenants notices do you think they will do it <br> <br> again ? I still refuse to pay this amount, let the tenant know you have this fine that needs them to pay <br> <br> because they apparently still think nothing happened. No phone calls just a simple email stating I have fines <br> <br> I need to pay. You guys are joke. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else to renprop properties maybe<br> <br> head office functions normally but onsite it's run like a zoo. <br>
