Horrible experience

The worst experience ever. I rented a Unit from them last year and moved out into a new unit after my lease expired. The new agent Shanon Green was absolutely rude,not sure if she doesn't like working with people of colour,but came across this way,at one point she even dropped the phone on my face when I asked her to assist with paper work. I never received a cent back from my old deposit they claimed there was damages that I caused. They charged me R2000 for a 8cm mark on the wall that needs painting. The unit was in a impeccable condition when I moved out I even made sure to get two cleaners in to make sure of this. They are running a **** when it comes to deposits. I will honestly not advise anyone to rent from them. The automatic response about getting back to you is just a way to quite you they actually never call back. Do not rent sell or buy from them.
