HOMESTEAD PROPERTY CHANGE PRICING WHEN THEY FEEL

I inquired about this property many days ago & only heard back from the agent yesterday so I agreed to go see the property this morning. I confirmed the price i had was the actual price of the property, etc. I then receive an email from the agent responding to some of my questions & she says that, \I was told that there is a price increase on the units at Homestead. All the remaining 2 bedroom units are now selling for R2 175 000. I have been in to see the Sales Manager
