Geyser element faulty

My geyser element is tripping the main switch , due to this I am not able to put the geyser on until an electrician comes to fix the problem. I am not available on weekdays due to work and Repairs2@Renprop insists that I must pay the callout fee for weekends. My argument is that fixing the geyser is the Landlords problem and the callout fee should be their problem as well. Renprop told me that either I get the problem fixed tomorrow and pay R500 or wait for a time when I can be home during the week (which is not possible, and I'm told I can't leave the key with security either for weekday repairs, I have to be present). So no hot water until Renprop understands that the callout fee is not my responsibility. This is the second time I am dealing with their repairs lady and her service is unprofessional to say the least.
