*****, Poor Service, Unprofessional *******

If I could give them 0 stars I would. There is no customer service or accountability on their part and they will ***** your deposit from you. You find all the reviews of Renprop are consistently bad and covering the same issues. The representative who showed us the unit from Renprop has been fired, our relationship manager Margie Ngobeni is very unprofessional and does not do anything to assist you, she also has many negative reviews online highlighting her poor service. We’ve tried to speak to the General Manager (her direct report), John Holding, but he never responds. We have been waiting for our deposit back for over 2 weeks and in the short term they keep adding stuff to deduct, which they then remove once we prove them wrong. It’s an absolute circus dealing with these people. They never on time for viewings, or answer any calls during the agreement, but they are more than happy to reach out if they need something.
