Faulty plumbing

I moved to Notting Ferndale on the 04th April 2015. upon connecting my washing machine i realised that the plumbing was faulty, i reported this matter to Eric as he was my agent. its been a week now and i still havent received any response, it is the weekend so this means i cant get my washing done due to this issue. this is just riduculous.
