Faulty Heat Pump

I have purchased a town house unit in The Quails Complex in Paulshof, I have been occupying the unit for over a year now , for the first 6 months the unit was fine there was no issues with the heat pump. Thereafter however I am consistently plagued with issues around the heat pump not heating the water, I have had 3 issues in past this latest installment makes it 4 times the heat pump has failed to heat my water. I can assure you take a bath in cold water during winter is extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I don't want to use gym showers because I never have in my life I know them to not be hygienic and I don't feel like after paying good money for my unit I should have to do this.

I have been dealing with an agent from Renprop called Shavonne Waldeck because Renprop are the managing agents, I have not had the best experience with her in the past she is rather slack with responding to emails and providing feedback and in general courtesy at times. I am also dealing with the project manager Jacques Deyer who works for Pro-Build.

I am at my wits end I am not getting good service I need this issue resolved it is most frustrating not having hot water. Consider if this had been one of you own homes.
