Don't take care of property on owner's behalf as promised

They managed my property for 2 years. Once the tenant gave notice to move out, they failed to get me access to my property for a month. They service fees are ridiculous in comparison to other managing agents and everything is an extra cost whereas other agents include this in the fees. They claimed to have done inspection on my property at my own expense while the tenants were there. I have seen the property and I am shocked to find out that it is wrecked. Why was this not reported after inspection? They make a promise to take care of your property and they fail to do so. They are supposed to take care of property on the owner's behalf, and failed to alert me about the shocking state in which i have found my property after it was left in their care at a terribly expensive rate. If you want your property taken care of, these are not the people you should trust to do that!
