Don’t bother. Go somewhere else
I hope we didn’t have to give a star.
I am glad I left this company, if you have a property do not let Renprop manage it because they will treat it like it’s their company.
They make their own decisions with YOUR property. You pray that nothing breaks because they will do work and charge you for things done. They pick their own contractors/plumbers and book them before you can even get your own quotations then send you 3 different invoices. Then then hassle you to pay them.
Stay away from this company they want you to sign so they can take your money. I dealt with the Bryanston branch everyone is rude and condescending. They don’t answer questions, you need to run after them whereas you paying them to manage YOUR property. Don’t bother with this company.
Renprop operates strictly in accordance with signed management agreements, which outline decision-making authority, maintenance processes, and approval thresholds. Contractors are appointed to ensure timely repairs and to protect the integrity of the property, with all work subject to agreed procedures and documented costs.
