Do not rent via Renprop, ever!

My contract clearly states that deposit should be paid out within 7 days if there are no issues, 7 days pass and i do not have my deposit back nor do i have a maintenance report that explains as to why the deposit will not be paid in 7 days.

The lady in charge of maintenance Ntombi is very rude, told me "you guys" keep calling me when i had never called her before. She then dropped the phone while i was talking.

Ntombi is not good at her job at all and probably wont be reprimanded for her rudeness.

If you are moving please do not use Renprop at all. They are rude and will search and find for many reasons as to why they will not pay you your deposit bac****
