BIGGEST REGRET EVER

Rental dispute: I have given more than 2 months notice that I will be vacating the property at the end of August 2020. I am being told that rent will be deducted after I vacate the property should the rental company not find a tenant. I do not mind paying an early cancellation fee but to pay Rental for a property I will not be occupying does not sit well especially after I have given such an early Notice.
