Bad service from Renprop Relationship Manager

The relationship manager, Lynette Vermaak, has made it difficult to give Renprop a good rating, as she did not seem to help much, except when it suited her or maybe she thought we were young and stupid enough to make a fool of.

I think communication within these different departments are little to non-existent as we had to repeat ourselves, send follow up emails or refer back to other emails for them. Terrible service.
