Rude, condescending treatment from Julius

The worst ever treatment from Julius, who unfortunately fails to complement all the good work the front & customer-care staff do. The man is extremely rude & condescending, rudely chiding me for no apparent reason except for the possible reason that he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I wonder how he was going to treat my vehicle in my absence when he can't even respect me or his client in person. Such uncalled-for behaviour not reminiscent with a service provider to a client who's been bringing hi car to you for years. I'm totally disgusted with Julius.
