Rennies Travel Not Delivering

I booked 2 * Drakensburg 2 nights accomodation with Vodacom through the Vodabucks app.. Rennies is the service provider for Vodacom according to Vodacom.. It is now a month yet Rennies has not contacted me.. I contacted them and they dont know about Vodacom using them as a service provider.. Bad service.. Yet no clarity received.. I wanted to use the trips this december..
