It is a sad day to hear that one of the best agents at Rennies Travel is leaving for greener pastures. Her name is Lynn Muller. She has been the most reliable agent that I have ever dealt with. She is the kind of person that you can call anytime and you are guaranteed assistance. Her service was beyond perfect and very reliable. To her, the customer always comes first. I often had 20 people stuck at the airport needing travel tickets and shuttles sorted, and I was 100% certain she would get things sorted in a flush. I sometimes gave her bookings to do last minute late on a Friday and knock off, but I knew that when I came on Monday all would be in place. Rennies must award this person with an exit bonus and perhaps use her as a training consultant.
