Pathetic service

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and deep dissatisfaction with the inexcusable level of service and poor workmanship I have experienced with Rennies panelbeaters company.

Unacceptable Turnaround Time: It has now been approximately 90 days since my vehicle was booked into the workshop, and to date, there is still no indication of when it will be ready. The lack of urgency and transparency surrounding this matter is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, I am continuously expected to follow up and send emails just to receive basic updates this is not a standard of service any customer should have to endure.

Compromised Vehicle Integrity: What makes this situation even more distressing is the fact that this was a brand new vehicle. Rather than being repaired with the care and professionalism that such a vehicle deserves, it was subjected to cutting and joining a method that is wholly inappropriate for a near-new car. Once a vehicle has been structurally altered in this manner, it can never be viewed or valued the same way again. The integrity, safety, and resale value of my vehicle have been permanently compromised.

Poor Condition of the Vehicle: When I visited the workshop to inspect my vehicle, I was appalled by the condition in which I found it. The state of the vehicle was completely unacceptable and only further confirmed my concerns regarding the lack of care, professionalism, and quality control being app**** to my property.
