Unitt 39

My Tennant and I have for nearly a year and a half been trying to resolve a issue with a water keak from the unit above mine..Although the team is friendly and professional it's been a constant up and down of emails etc..as I am writing the issue us still not resolved..I've had to get nasty and start treating to eventually get the ball rolling it seems there is movement now..further more the complex is in desperate need of maintenance..I was told there is a ton year plan and must fall with in a budget in the mean time we ha ve to deal with damp ..flaking and faded horrible colored paint..rusted window and door frames..the reviews posted here are all positive and I would love to be able to post a positive review but this has not been my experience..
