WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM RENICO CONSTRUCTION!!!!!!!!!

I would highly suggest that you do not rent a property from Renico Construction. They are quick and over eager to finalise your lease agreement and to receive your deposit but once they have your deposit and a signed lease agreement, it is only downhill from there.

Firstly, you can never get hold of anyone to assist you with a problem or a query. You can email them and leave messages but no one will respond to you or get back to you. If you are fortunate enough to finally reach someone, you are made to feel like you are the biggest inconvenience to them.

Their security, in our previous complex, was the biggest joke. The security guards were to stop each vehicle at entry and exit to check the vehicles, ie, for ****** goods. This was never done. The guards were to ensure that each vehicle fill in a visitor form and receive a slip which was to be signed by the person the visitor was visiting. This was never done. This resulted in a ****** motor bike, 2 ****** vehicles and numerous break ins.

There were constant water interruptions within the complex and strangely enough, our complex was the only complex in the area that had water interruptions.

Lastly, please be prepared to lose your deposit as Renico will find fault in anything and everything and blame you for all things possible to prevent you from receiving your deposit back. They keep your deposit and claim that they had to fix damages but yet, those so called damages are never fixed and Renico will most likely blame those damages on the next tenant. Since February 2020, I am still waiting for the deposits from two properties that I rented from Renico.

This is an awful company to deal with, they are very unprofessional, unfair and unjust. Please be warned.
