Under Worse Management

Hi I am a tenant in one of your buildings in Johannesburg, at 35 China Crescent,Brentwood Complex Cosmo City. Being aware of the current load sheeding stage 6 effecting the nation but in Brentwood Complex is the situation beyond and unacceptable. Not only that it has been 3(consecutive) days without electricity, we were only up for 30 minutes after each power grid schedule and it was complete blackout thereafter. Now, what frustrates even more is the fact that the communication from the management is so poor, unpleasant and unprofessional.

This morning at 7:55 a.m I called the management since there has been no communication from the blackout after 3 days,understanding the matter is no longer a schedule of loadsheeding but a possible fault. After waiting so long on a call to be put through to Lindokuhle Nyaniso who is a current property manager, I was told he's not in. I was then transferred to his assistant manager Kgomotso Pea**** *** ext:2239 who I thought would give me answers with professionalism and support. Guess what, a Pea****'s attitude she gave me, a whole complete arrogancy and I don't care attitude. She first said that it's not her problem if I have removed myself in the whatsapp group and I didn't get a communication meanwhile I have never been a group she implies since the day I moved in here. And if I don't know that email and whatsapp is one and the same communication mediums. And that I shouldn't make Eskom problem Renico's. She concluded by saying that I must try to be a learned to understand the situation that is going. I might not or be literate more than her but that's not the case. I just wanted answers as well as to raise my concerns to the management for that is within my rights to do. Renico is well established enterprise and people like Kgomotso Pea**** within it's management is not of good value because her attitude will cost the reputation of the business a lot.
