Unbelievably bad service.

We are unfortunately renting from Renico. They have cut our electricity off due too a short payment. The payment was made and is up to date. The emergency number just rings. Eventually gets answered by a very rude woman named Marcel. She supposedly called the electrician at 15.15 and said they would be here in an hour. It's now 19.20. Power has been off since 10am from loadshedding. When we confronted her about it she has the nerve to say we must speak nice, not in those words or else she will not assist us.Very professional.....
