Stoneleigh Complex Brakpan

I have been renting at Renico since 2019 September and all was ok. I have endless problems with Renico their Stoneleigh complex in Brakpan. A month ago I got a call to advise me that my rent is in arrears with 2 months...They advised that the rent owing is for February and April 2020. I have been getting a statement each month with no arrears and all of a sudden the arrears are added on this month's statement. They came and cut my electricity and wanted to loch my 10 year old out of the house while I was at work. So my question is over a year they couldn't tell that my rent was outstanding? Also they requested proof of payment which I now don't have because my ex was the one paying until we broke up last year September... So I can't get any information from him as I have a protection order against him. I have requested for a year now for my oven,cupboards to get fixed and till this day nothing. This place undermines people and ifs just a pity my daughters school is right opposite and thats why the place is convenient.. please if you are looking for a place don't go to Stoneleigh..
