I Called your company on tuesday afternoon<br> and was put through to Louis, i explained the incident that occurred over the phone, and he told me I had to supply a registration number of the truck that sped past me around a corner in a single lane, sending stones flying off the top of the truck. I tried to explain to him that it was impossible for me to take down the reg number, as I was travelling in the opposite direction, and there is no place to pull over or turn around. I was then told that it would be forwarded to the insurance, as nothing can be done without the reg number... I told him what time the incident occurred, and asked if he could not check Tracker to see which truck drove that route at that time, he chuckled and said \no we do not have tracker"which I was sure was a lie"
