******* treatment from Renico construction and Preston management poor poor for the amount of money we pay

So few months ago Preston complex didn't have electricity for 4 days or so in a row no one knew what was going on including those that call themselves property managers they came back to us with R500 Pick n pay vouchers mind you some of us have full families and buy meat waaay more than that but we accepted it with gratitude.on this day they had send the caretaker. And that same weekend the garden boy was send to my unit again early in the morning to give me another voucher I asked the garden boy do I sign where I signed when the caretaker was here because I got vouchers he advise please just sign here where its blank and I'll write the rest and a week later the caretaker approached me saying the vouchers I got for the second time were by mistake and I was like well I used them and I had asked the guy if he is sure they are mine now you say they were for unit 14..a few days later the garden boy comes to me and tells me his job is on the line because he gave me the vouchers I was to him I dont know who sent you to come tell me that because that's not true we know you have been transferred to Brentwood which is another complex owned by renico in cosmo city and I told him go back to you bosses and tell them I didn't go ***** the vouchers you brought them to me and I asked you if they were mine and you said yes you can't say you made a mistake you dont know me I lived here since a months after the building opened and so has he and his wife.and after the voucher scandal he was suddenly moved and a email from property manager telling me to pay a fine of R500 and as I explained the story George Freeman decides to call me a dishonest tenant and lies saying the garden boy is new and doesn't even know me. I despice this man because he has attitude towards black people that stinks and last year he came to my door after we had just parked the car in the shade quickly to drop off things and leave again he came and told my husband to ****en move our car there it's not where we live I mean at that time everyone parks everywhere and he doesn't say hello dog or mouse he walks up to our door and tells us to move our ****en car and when I go to him and ask him why were you so rude to us he is like who do you people think you are and runs to Kgomotso that was the property manager then and we are sent an email telling us where to get off...George has stories to cover his ass and he is always at fault however he is the white man we get talked down to like dogs...I hate this place and first chance I get I'll move and I'll curse it it will stay empty..
