Renico is such a pain in ass they don't even deserve not even one star they have bad service ever we move in last year March by month end of April we see water bill worth 11 thousands mind you is just 1 adult and 11 year old ... We went to court they could explain how come it end up to that amount...we still waiting for court Date which I think they bribe the court cause now the put the 11thousand bill back to our electricity box and told us that what ever we buy from electricity they will take 70 percent from it we call netvendor to find out about the 11thousand they said we don't owe them anything and they know nothing about 11 thousand they where just told by Renico to put it in...now this month could buy hot water send email to Lindokuhle don't bother to reply at all as always cause we are nothing to them send follow up email Netvendor respond to the Emil to tell me that they no longer service Renico the company has switch that's why I can't buy hot water ,which Renico never bother to let me know upfront ..I need help with this company please cause staying here has never being anything but stressful
