Renico/Ascot refund my money

I was interested in one of your properties but decided not to go ahead for reasons known to me. At that time I already paid a deposit of R11650 so I requested a refund as I could not reverse the payment with my bank. I was told that refunds take up to 20 days so I was patient.

I just contacted Kgomotso from Renico and she is now stating that she doesn't know who or how my refund will be processed. Please assist in this as this is my hard earned money and I need to use it for other needs.

I assure you that after this ordeal I would not recommend anyone to Renico as it seems like no one knows what is going on. The same Kgomotso who I copied on this email and also sent a thread of the emails where she is advising of a R1250 canceling fee that will be deducted from my money now doesn't know how to process my refund.
