Renico the most useless agency to rent from

I rent a unit in kiara place northwold from renico and this is now the 2nd or 3rd time our electricity gets cut due to renico not paying the bill. We as residents must pay rent on time but they can't pay the bills on time. And they lie about bills being paid and don't want to show any proof of this.would really like to know an ombudsman one can get into touch with where one can address this issue as surely we as paying residents have rights. And to try and get hold of management is even a bigger disgrace as one literally gets ignored. Renico has changed into the worst company to rent anything from and if anybody is looking for somewhere to rent make sure its not from renico as you will definitely regret it
