Renico stepping into my toes

We have since stayed in Renico property for 3 years. Not even once skipped rent,today we receive an sms that will affect my credit scoring,saying i missed part of my rent what ****ery is this? First it was we are owing an amount that thier own mantainace guys gave us his word that the stove will not be charged,and they hounded us for a lousy R900,and did not want to hear anything,they already concluded that we are ****s,in the same complex that *****s go in and out as they please, seriously? If you are looking to rent do not rent in any of the Renico property, their usesless people they hire without knowledge and wisdom will make your life unbearable. Like seriously ***?
