Renico is useless

Absolute disgrace of a company!

Rented from Renico for 3 years, after giving notice and vacating the property on the 22nd of August, I was promised that the deposit would be paid back within 14 days.

On the 9th of September I inquired getting a reply that the process have been started.

On the 20th of September I sent yet another email, getting this reply: Deposits are with our finance department loaded and awaiting for the two authorisations.

Today is the 1st of October. After sending an email yesterday, I am now conveniently ignored.

Dear Renico. You leave me with no choice as to take up this matter with legal actions.

You are not complying with contract!
