Renico gives no answers

I recently bought a unit in Sardinha Park. Electricity disconnected by COJ. Renico taking no responsibility! Reason is that no meter was placed outside the complex making it an ******* connection... this is the developers responsibility. No answers given from Managing agents Earth Zone. Residents told to foot the bill for a generator for the next 7 days. This whilst the pre paid meters in our houses continue to run down.
