Renico Construction same as the others

I just moved in one of the Renico complex called Kingsbury based at Bergbron,when I moved in the main bedroom toilet was not flushing and I called a guy called Collin who is in charge of the complex,he told me if there are any problems I should use the list provided to email the people who would assist,I emailed them and not feedback was given ,I emailed the second time after a week of no response, still nothing, I called Collin again he told me to cc him on the email which I did , he responded telling the people in charge that I have not yet been assisted,until today no response 2 weeks now,last week Sunday I had to get my own people to come and fix the problem for me and I had to pay them for something I did not break,the service was very bad ,communication is very bad as well,I emailed them back to let them know that I won't be needing their service as I have sorted it out myself,but for them to at least respond and let me know what was the delay or to say sorry,they couldn't do that,its funny how they value you before you move in,but once you stay in their properties they don't care about you at all,I had moved out of JHB CDB thinking moving here will be better but I guess they all the same,but if I had to miss rent they will be so quick to react,But when you need help from them trust me they don't care at all.
