Renico Construction deposit refund

Renico has been giving me a run around for my deposit for a month now. Apparently everything has been done and it's at the 'final stage' where the COO has to authorize/realise payment but this is taking him 3 weeks to do. Strange. Kgomotso and Thabiso have not been very helpful because they keep feeding me with this bull**** story. They promise to call me back with how far things are but never do. I'm always doing the chasing.

I'm so frustrated and extremely annoyed by this whole thing and all I want is my deposit so I can be done with this company for good!
