I was a tenant with my partner @ the time in Kings-wood properties 2016 and moved out of the property he was then renting the place/property alone. when we had to re-new the lease agreement I then decided to move out and not renew the lease agreement our agent Collin van der Westhuizen was advised that I wont be renewing. Renico still kept sending me emailed statements of my ex-partner's bal. I notified Kgomotso Pea**** who seemed not to care when I called her Tuesday morning on the 09/07/2019 I have now been sent a letter of demand and breach of lease agreement on a property that I didn't sign for, Collin nor does Kgomotso respond to my mails. I have requested an updated lease and I have been told there is no updated lease agreement from tenant which I find very unprofessional.
