The customer service Is very bad brantwood complex cosmo city, taking advantage of tenants, I was made to pay for the electric fault that made one of the plate from the stove to be slowly, painting for the bathroom ceiling that's is made by the steam when one is bathing, things one cannot control, the care taker takes time to attend to tenants problem-solving, on top of experiencing loadshading these lot of electricity faults that's happening in there.false advertising and the security is poor, it felt like i went back to student resident the noise is unbearable for one to study, sleep when working night shift even when complaints are raised,nobody attends to anything.
