Refund

On 16 November we( Starlight logistics) requested a quote for two back tipper trucks that will be hired on monthly basis. The communication was between *** representing the company that wants to hire and Renico representatives was Bianca. The communication went well until the deposit done which was 52000 coming from Mr M Nqombolo (one of the company members) after this deposit then Bianca told us that this money is for one day yet the email specified that we need truck on monthly basis. Now they are beating about the bush when it's time for a refund. We requested the refund last week Wednesday, up to now no response. We are about to lose the contract.
