<p>i move into a house built by renico on 21 December 2015, few weeks at the new house the floor started to crack i think its due to the house is built next to the sewerage main less than a meter to be exact, walls cracked the entire house the roofing had problems too. at that time i didn`t know where or who to report the faults to.</p> <p>fastforward to 2017 the only form of communication from renico is an e-mail, i`ve been taking time off work just to avail myself for renico to come and assist but on all the occassions the Sight manager Giel has never come even worse his phone was off when i tried calling him. now this plumbing guy Mitch(Westrand plumbing) a rude guy tells his employee that i must stop copying him on the e-mails pertaining the above issue.</p>
