No feedback, No professionalism

I have had enough of the lack of professionalism from Renico, these people have no fibre of customer service in their structure! I sent an email a week ago requesting for my statement and to change the email where statements are sent, my mail was read but no one bothered to acknowledge or respond to my email. Since from day one when Renico took over from Zelri we have been experiencing poor service. When you call, you are told to send an email but you will never get a response, if you are \lucky"you will get some obnoxious and abrupt response from Michelle Taylor.
