Money before Tenant's Security
<p>Michelle Taylor of Renico out right refused service as my rent was 'short paid' even though the amounts had been settled. The fact that the service needed was of a maintenance issue to a security gate in a high risk complex in Muldersdrift. Michelle Taylor has no people s****s what so ever and is only ever concerned about the money in the bank over everything else. The fact that a family is at risk and her simple response is "rules are rules" even after the payment has been made with no attempt to even question if the stipulation is even true is absolutely disgussting. Think twice before dealing with her as the customer is dog **** in her world.</p>
Darryl, you are fast to attack me on a public forum, but don't explain how long we have struggled to ensure your account is brought up to date. We never handed you over nor did we charge you interest on outstanding amounts. You paid Sa****ay morning and demanded work to be done on Sunday morning (now that you up to date), this is unfair. Maintenance will come and investigate your issues, and cause thereof.
