Follow up on Moorgate

I am currently living at Moorgate Residential Complex. I have previously posted a review. Since I do not have anything better to say -all this should serve to do is to make people aware of what they will deal with should they make the decision to move in here, of which I would unfortunately advise against. It is important to firstly note that should anything go wrong there is only one person dealing with both Kingswood and Moorgate. Due to that I feel he can not cope with everything he needs to do. This becomes a problem when there are issues that need tending to, it needs to be understood that should something go wrong within your unit, it can take from 2 days to a week or a week to 10 months to be resolved. I honestly feel it is better to post a review here than to talk to Kgomotso the property manager. Or Elias the on site manager. Should it be a maintenance issue it will just be passed from Elias to Elna the maintenance manager and from there to another person and most probably another. I feel things hardly get resolved or if they do you would have had to make a number of personal arrangements - Just like Elias these people try to do more than they can actually manage and leave other things unattended to. Note that the cleaners of the complex take the best care of the complex but unfortunately are disregarded by tenants. As no one says anything about the way the dirt is dumped. Which brings rats. I personally take care of our unit but living on the third floor have had to kill a few rats in out flat as they come from the place the dirt is kept. There was also a report of a ******* that took place with the same security guard on site – no warning is given to tenants as a precaution. As well personally, our entire block seems to experience a few issues and our unit always seems to be left with the problem after it is dealt with. Children are always playing near cars and security does not make their parents aware of it. I have had countless fingerprints and handprints on my car which is frustrating. Should something happen I can assure the security will not be able to help you understand how it happened. I feel it is not worth it leaving this complex without allowing other the curtesy I did not have moving in. Should you decide to view a place here – kindly keep this in mind.
