DO NOT RENT FROM RENICO CONSTRUCTION!!!!

If there was a -1 star rating for Renico construction, i would give it. We rented an apartment through renico at their development in Stonehaven, Whiteridge. The process started so smooth with the rental agent persuading us to move in ASAP and offered us a discount on the deposit. We moved in and within a few months, we started being harassed by the junior estate manager Lindokuhle as well as Johan. Our electricity would go off and we would be unable to buy electricity. We would receive letter of demand after letter of demand demanding the deposit balance. Thereafter, we were forced by Johan to move out. We moved out and are now being charged rental for the month we moved out in, we are being refused our deposit. There was no entry or exit inspection. Please don't do business with these people.
